DETAILS & ROOM INFORMATION
In addition to your private-entrance guest room which opens onto a patio overlooking the water, you will have complete access to a Rec Room and a Guest Kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hot plate, and mini oven. We offer guests their choice for breakfast, whether you prefer something light, such as yogurt and fruit, or a hot, family-style breakfast with Carolyn's peach pancakes or farm-fresh eggs (yes, our own hens) and bacon.
Our guest kitchenette allows guests the added convenience of self-serve meal preparation to make your stay much more comfortable than a hotel room, so you are not forced to eat every meal out or squirrel-away in your sleeping room to eat. The kitchenette is perfect for packing picnics or preparing a midnight snack. And, we're happy to loan you a cooler and lawn chairs to use as you explore this awesome island.

Vacation Suite
For those who need more space or a separate kitchen, we have an 950-square foot upstairs suite available (private bath, entrance and balcony)--cost is $220/night. This is not handicap accessible due to stairs.
After speaking with us and confirming your dates, we will send you a confirmation email which will include a PayPal payment link for your convenience to make a deposit with a credit card or bank draft. You will also be able to pay your balance when you leave, in cash or by again using PayPal from any computer. You do not need to be a PayPal member to enjoy the peace of mind of a secure transaction with nobody knowing your important financial information but you and Pay Pal. (We will never see your credit card numbers).
**Wireless internet is available for all our guests.

Check-In: 4-8 pm or with prior arrangements.
Check-Out: 11 am or with prior arrangements.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled more than 30 days in advance; 50% if fewer than 30 days but more than 10; 25% if fewer than 10 days but more than 3. No refund if canceled with less than 2 days' notice.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but ash trays are provided outside for guest use.
Pets: We love dogs and we also like to travel with our beagle, Little Moo! But, due to allergies and consideration for other guests, we do not allow pets in the guest rooms. To accommodate pet lovers, we offer an outdoor kennel for small dogs (under 50 lbs.), and you are welcome to walk them all over the property. If you prefer, or the weather is inclement, guests can bring their pets in a travel carrier and we will gladly put your pet in his or her "bed" in the ground-floor laundry room where we say goodnight to Little Moo each night. ($5 extra per night, but please mention when you book so we make sure we don't have too many pets at one time.) Horses are welcome, too. Ask for details ($15/day/horse).
